    Title: Exempt Organizations Roundtable

    Format: via Webinar. The Interactive Online Meeting will be available for dial-in for individuals. A webinar link will be sent 1-2 days prior to the program.

    Exempt Organization Roundtable (EORT):  The TEGE EO Council hosts the Exempt Organization Roundtable (EORT) on the second to last Tuesday of each month at 11:00 AM PT / 2:00 PM ET. This roundtable is a dedicated forum for CPAs and attorney practitioners to discuss federal tax topics that impact tax-exempt organizations.

    Meeting Focus: The EORT provides an opportunity for professionals to engage in meaningful discussions on a variety of issues, including:

    • Working Group Updates
    • Successes and Challenges working with the IRS:
    • Determinations
    • Exams
    • Compliance
    • Notices
    • Business Master File
    • Emerging Topics: Exploring new and evolving issues that may arise each month.
    Participation: These roundtable sessions are designed to foster collaboration and knowledge sharing among practitioners. Attendees can expect to gain insights from peers, discuss challenges, and stay informed about the latest federal tax developments for tax-exempt organizations.

    Call for Agenda Suggestions: The EORT leaders (Chris Anderson and Lori Rothe Yokobosky) welcome agenda suggestions. CLICK HERE to make recommendations.

    1. Log in to the EO Council website at https://www.eocouncil.org as a member.
    2. Click on the Logged-In Member Icon Button at the homepage's top right.
    3. Select "View Profile" from the dropdown menu.

    5. As you scroll down, please click the box asking if you are interested in the EORT meetings.
    6. Don't forget to click the "Save" button at the bottom to save your profile updates.

    We encourage you to take a moment to update your profile as soon as possible. This will help you tailor your experience and ensure that you're actively involved in the areas of the Council that matter most to you.
